halow in Guildford is seeking a Year Leader to design and deliver community-based learning sessions for young adults with SEND. You will lead engaging, person-centred activities and support groups of 6–12 learners across Guildford and Woking, focusing on confidence, social skills, independence and employability.
The role is full-time and permanent, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm, occasional evenings/weekends, 33 days of annual leave, and fully paid training.
