halow in Guildford is seeking a Year Leader to design and deliver community-based learning sessions for adults with SEND, helping learners build confidence, social skills and employability.
You will lead groups of 6–12, ensure safeguarding, and work with colleagues and partners across Surrey. Training is fully paid, with ongoing development opportunities. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Start date in November.
