Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Representative throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, providing technical expertise and solution design.
- Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored technical proposals and demonstrations.
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, and product demos for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, integrations, and deployment options.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes roadmap and feature development.
- Support RFP and tender processes with precise technical documentation and compliance input.
- Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to post-sales, maintaining customer confidence throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar pre-sales technical role, ideally in Cyber Security, SaaS, email, or infrastructure-related industries.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record supporting sales into public sector clients or large enterprise environments.
- Collaborative mindset: you enjoy working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.
