At Halon, our mission is straightforward, yet powerful and complex: empower businesses through Dynamic Email Operations. In an era where email is still the most important communications channel for business success, we provide fully-secure solutions that power innovation with flexibility, scalability and control.
To continue on this path, we are looking for a content-loving, dedicated, and experienced Organic Discovery Manager to join our global team. By 2026, we want Halon to be the category authority in modern email infrastructure â the source analysts cite, LLMs trust, and buyers turn to before they swap out their email stack. Organic discovery is a big part of that.
About The Role
You will own how the world discovers Halon â from classic search to LLM answer engines, AI/GEO platforms, Wikipedia, and communities. This role is a rare blend of strategic ownership and handsâon creation:
- You will use AIâdriven insights to define what we should write, and then write the content that positions Halon as the authority in modern email infrastructure.
- You will join a growing marketing team where your work is visible, valued, and tied directly to demand generation and revenue.
What Youâll Do
- AI, LLM & GEO Discovery
- Build Halonâs presence across AI/LLM answer engines and nextâgen discovery platforms.
- Use AI tools to uncover what our ICPs are asking, where competitors appear, and which topics we should own.
- Turn those insights into explainers, FAQs, glossaries, and canonical content that both humans and LLMs trust.
- FullâStack Organic SEO
- Own keyword strategy, topic mapping, onâpage/offâpage SEO, and technical SEO.
- Run audits, improve crawlability and Core Web Vitals, and manage backlinks, guest posting, and PRâdriven authority.
- Use analytics to report performance and drive recommendations tied to pipeline.
- Improve conversions through CRO and A/B testing.
- Content Creation (You Will Write)
- Write highâquality blogs, explainers, glossaries, vertical guides, and community content.
- Use AI insights to choose topics and build authoritative, evergreen assets.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, MarComms, and ABM to align content with launches, campaigns, and vertical plays.
- Community & Authority
- Engage in LinkedIn, Reddit, and industry communities to spot emerging questions and shape narratives.
- Support digital PR and collaborations that build authority (not vanity metrics).
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, MarComms, ABM, Design & Web to ensure organic discovery drives demand, not just traffic.
What You Bring
- 4â6+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex tech.
- Proven endâtoâend SEO ownership â from strategy to execution â with measurable business impact.
- Excellent writing skills and a genuine love for creating highâquality content yourself.
- Curiosity for AI and LLM search and a strong instinct for where organic discovery is heading.
- Collaborative energy â you enjoy building with others and moving crossâfunctional work forward.
- A proactive, selfâdriven mindset: you take initiative, push projects to completion, and make things happen.
Why Youâll Love Working at Halon
- Youâll own a truly futureâfacing discipline.
- Youâll shape how an entire industry â and LLMs â talk about modern email infrastructure.
- Youâll build an organic discovery function from the ground up.
- Youâll join a team thatâs ambitious, supportive, and excited to experiment.
- Your work will be visible, meaningful, and tied to business impact.
- If you want a role that blends creativity, strategy, AI, content, and growth â and gives you the room to build something that lasts â this is it.
