Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Representative throughout the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, providing technical expertise and solution design.
• Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and product demos for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, integrations, and deployment options.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes roadmap and feature development.
• Support RFP and tender processes with precise technical documentation and compliance input.
• Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to post-sales, maintaining customer confidence throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar pre-sales technical role, ideally in Cyber Security, SaaS, email, or infrastructure-related industries.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record supporting sales into public sector clients or large enterprise environments.
• Collaborative mindset: you enjoy working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams.
