The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ยฃ per year.
You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, managing timelines, expectations, and quality at every stage. On some projects, you will work closely with developers, designers, and strategists. On others, you will take full ownership, managing the client relationship directly and delivering the work yourself from start to finish. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves to make things happen and enjoys the mix of hands-on production and client engagement.
Your skills and experience:
- Manage a range of digital projects โ from discovery through to QA and launch.
- Own client relationships, running meetings, scoping sessions, and regular project updates.
- Take full responsibility for specific projects, working closely with the internal team to deliver complex and creative projects.
- You will also work independently, planning, managing, and delivering the work from end to end.
- Oversee the production of websites, campaign landing pages, and microsites.
- Build and deploy email campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp, Dotdigital, and Klaviyo.
- Build and deploy landing pages and small microsites in WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
- Configure and test marketing automation workflows, forms, and integrations, using Zapier, Make, and other platforms.
- Manage budgets, timings, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists to ensure creative and technical excellence.
- Spot risks early, suggest smart solutions, and maintain a calm, professional presence under pressure.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiencies, problem-solving, and processes.
- Manage existing website maintenance support contracts, updating plugins, managing UX and performance improvements.
About you:
- Proven track record in managing digital projects in an agency environment.
- Confident client-facing experience, from leading calls to managing delivery independently.
- Strong understanding of website production workflows (UX, design, development, QA).
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools (Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS configuration.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- A mix of organisational rigour and creative problem-solving โ you keep things structured but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude โ you get energy from working with people and making things happen.
- Ability to embrace new challenges, new technologies, and platforms.
