Halo is a brand-first creative agency. We're not just in the business of creating brands; we're in the business of shaping legacies. If you're ready to be part of a team that works with some of the world's leading brands, please read on.
To fuel our next stage of growth, we need a Workflow (traffic) Manager who thrives in the thick of the action. This isn't a role for a passive administrator. We need an experienced, proactive, hands-on operator to be the heartbeat of our studio, someone who can bridge the gap between our Client Partners and the Studio teams to unlock the capacity we need to thrive. You will be the tactical engine of the studio. Your mission is to move us from reactive to proactive. You’ll be the operational partner to our Studio Director, taking the logistical weight off their shoulders so they can focus on quality and craft, while you focus on output and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the live studio resource. You’ll know exactly who is doing what, when it’s due, and where the next hour of capacity is hidden.
- You’ll be the gatekeeper for incoming work. You’ll ensure briefs are airtight and ready to go before they hit the studio.
- You won’t just manage today, you’ll manage next month. You’ll spot resource clashes weeks in advance and solve them before they become an issue.
- By maximising utilisation and reducing emergency resource decisions, you’ll directly contribute to the agency’s profitable growth.
- You’ll manage the daily push-and-pull between client requests and studio capacity with a firm but fair hand.
Who you are:
- Ideally you’ll have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
- You understand the nuances of creative workflows and the pressure of client deadlines.
- You’re a get-stuck-in problem solver. You’d rather fix a workflow issue than write a report about it.
- You have the backbone and confidence to manage senior stakeholders and the diplomacy to keep the culture positive.
- You naturally look ahead. You’re organised, decisive, and calm when the pace picks up.
The perks:
- Salary - £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
- 28 days holiday (full time) plus the option to take more & an extended Christmas break
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus scheme (after completion of 12 months service)
- Flexible, hybrid working in a modern and creative studio space
- Friday afternoons off
- A contributory company pension scheme.
- Agency referral schemes & rewards
