You’ve done the time. You’ve sharpened your skills. Now you’re ready to push boundaries.
We are Halo! A bold, brand-first studio in Bristol, partnering with household names, global giants, and the next wave of disruptors. From supermarket shelves to luxury spirits to future-first start-ups, we bring clarity, strategic impact, and a punch of creativity to every project.
We trade in ideas. We value thinking. And we’re looking for a mid-weight creative with serious conceptual firepower and at least four years in a brand agency to help us bring the magic. This isn’t a background role. We want a thinker and a doer, someone with a sharp eye, a restless brain, and a hunger to craft brands that mean business. You’ll be developing big ideas, rolling up your sleeves in execution, and making sure everything sings from pack to screen.
You’ll be joining a tight, talented team where your ideas matter and your voice is heard.
What you’ll do:
- Create original, insight-led design that builds impact.
- Translating those ideas across multiple channels, from packaging and print to digital and campaign.
- Collaborating with strategists, writers, and fellow creatives to elevate the work.
- Getting your hands dirty in the detail, layouts, typography, guidelines and rollout.
- Pushing craft and consistency, without ever losing sight of the big idea.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a middleweight designer in a brand agency environment.
- A folio that shows strategic thinking and strong conceptual development.
- A balance of big ideas and tight execution, you’re just as comfortable brainstorming as you are refining.
- Confidence working both collaboratively and independently.
- A love for design systems, not just one-off pieces.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, the usual suspects: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
What’s in it for you?
- A seat at the table in a creative, inclusive, and genuinely supportive agency culture.
- The chance to shape exciting brands, big, small, global and local.
- Room to grow and push your craft with mentorship, trust, and opportunity.
- Hybrid flexibility with a Bristol base.
- A team that values personality, authenticity, and point of view as much as polish.
Our commitment to diversity & inclusion:
We believe great ideas come from diverse perspectives. At Halo, we are committed to championing an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
