Our product, Halo, provides incident management and operational controls to businesses, supporting well-known international brands in Sports (Formula 1, the Premier League, Cricket/Rugby/Horse Racing, Tennis and more), Security management, Film, TV, Transport and more. Role We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment. You\’ll work across the entire stack, collaborate closely with product and design, solve problems independently, and mentor team members. Halo is at the stage where every person has real impact on the product and company direction. Skills we value Communication: You can communicate effectively with technical and non technical team members, from helping scope solutions to debating technical tradeoffs. Full stack experience: You\’re comfortable working with frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Independence: You\’re resourceful and proactive when it comes to building solutions. Pragmatism: You know when to build the simple solution vs the robust one. Startup mindset: You\’re comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and wearing multiple hats. Technology we use day-to-day GraphQL/RESTful APIs AWS services including, but not limited to CloudFront, AppSync, API Gateway, Lambda, S3 and Aurora PostgreSQL. ReactJS with MobX/Redux and Tailwind CSS ReactNative targeting Android and iOS Git, AWS CDK, CodePipeline We don\’t expect expertise in everything we use, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and technologies as needed.
