Mon - Thurs: 08:30 - 17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Fri: 08:30 - 16:00 (1 hour lunch)

To be considered for this position you will be required to have a minimum of 5 X GCSE Grade 4 and above, 5 GCSEs C or above, an NVQ Level 2 or a BTEC. You will be required to have some experience dealing with basic administration and receiving calls; however full training will be given.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Credit Controller:

  • Producing applications for payment within Excel
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Working closely with the area sales team
  • Sending copy invoices, pods, completion certs
  • Cash allocation
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Account reconciliations
