Night Shift Manager c£60,000.00 per annum Negotiable for the right candidate Working: 6:00 pm to 6:00 am in 'Panama pattern' - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun week 1 and Wed, Thurs week 2. You must have FMCG experience, IOSH or equivalent and Route Cause Analysis (RCA) training to be considered for this role.

Our client is based in Wetherby; they are a family-run business, operating for over 70 years, a national food-product manufacturer providing goods that suit all dietary requirements, including Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free, with excellent consumer reviews. They offer competitive rates of pay, they have a highly functioning, clean and tidy factory and require a competent, experienced Shift Manager to lead the shift team in the safe and efficient manufacture of their products, that meet all customer and food safety standards, as put in place by the business.

  • Update plans, ensure the business is running to the plan, and take actions to correct anomalies
  • Makes recommendations for improvement to process, equipment, training and documentation
