Mon – Thurs: 08:30 – 17:00 (45 minutes lunch)
Fri: 08:30 – 16:00 (1 hour lunch)

This is an entry-level position. To be considered for this position, you will be required to have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 and above, or 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, an NVQ level 2, or a BTEC. Ideally, you will have some experience dealing with basic administration and receiving calls; however, full training will be given. The role will be a 3-month contract, paid directly by the company (not agency work), and has the potential to become a permanent role at the end of the 3-month period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with internal staff and suppliers
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Inputting information onto the in-house computer system
