Halo Leisure is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for Fairwater Leisure Centre on a permanent, part-time basis.

The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming centre while ensuring the smooth running of shifts and staff morale.

The position offers a guaranteed fixed rota for work-life balance, with opportunities for progression and a funded Level 3 Duty Manager qualification through Halo's support.

Training and development are a core part of the role and organisation.
