The predicted salary is between 15.45 - 15.45 £ per hour.
We are seeking talented individuals that are excellent in their field of expertise and are posed with all potential and skills necessary to help us meet future business challenges.
Location: Much Wenlock Leisure Centre
Salary: £15.45 per hour
Hours: Various hours available. A minimum of 2 contracted hours per week but this can be much more depending on availability.
Schedule: Weekdays 4pm - 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Swimming Teacher, your main goal is to deliver great experiences and delight your customers. You will:
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons for mixed ages and abilities.
- Build water confidence and help swimmers overcome their fears in a safe, supportive environment.
- Provide positive feedback to help your students grow and improve every week.
- Be a team player: pitch in with your colleagues to keep the pool environment safe, clean, and welcoming.
- Keep growing: take part in company training and commit to your own personal development.
What We’re Looking For
The Essentials:
- Great communication skills, you know how to chat with kids, parents, and adults alike.
- A positive, flexible approach to helping out your centre and colleagues.
- Willingness to achieve the NRASTC Light qualification (which we will happily provide).
- A certified STA Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification or SEQ Level 2 (or the genuine passion and willingness to train for one — fully funded by Halo).
- NPLQ - National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Knowledge of the National Plan for Swimming Teaching.
