Location: Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre and Aberfan Community Centre
We are on the lookout for a high energy Swimming Lesson Coordinator inspired by a fast-paced performance driven culture and someone who is passionate about our commitment to our social mission.

Qualifications
- Experience of developing and implementing lesson programmes that have led to financial improvements across a swim school
- Knowledge of the Swim Wales or Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway, good practice and delivery of current initiatives
- A collaborative approach to influence and change ways of working which deliver customer focused results
