As our next Lifeguard you'll provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will keep people safe, ultimately you are responsible for preventing serious injuries or accidents. You're not the type to panic under pressure and compromise the safety of others. The role isn't Baywatch, you don't just sit and watch. You can perform a rescue, deliver first aid, and have difficult conversations with customers who are not acting safely; we will give you the skills and qualifications to be able to do this. You're looking for the chance to progress and work to a regular rota pattern. Responsibilities
- Provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations and prevent injuries or accidents.
- Perform rescues when needed and deliver first aid.
- Communicate effectively with customers who are not acting safely and manage difficult conversations.
- Work to a regular rota pattern and demonstrate confidence and calm under pressure.
