As a Lifeguard you are calm and confident, potentially you could save a life, and you will help keep people safe. You will need to feel comfortable being in control of the pool and challenging inappropriate behaviour. You’re not the type to panic under pressure and compromise the safety of others. The role isn’t just sitting and watching; you can perform a rescue, deliver first aid, and have difficult conversations with customers who are not acting safely. We will give you the skills and qualifications to be able to do this.
You’re looking for the chance to progress and work to a regular rota pattern. As our next Lifeguard you’ll provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will keep people safe; ultimately you are responsible for preventing serious injuries or accidents.
The Key Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualified or have the ability to pass the course
