Responsibilities
- Provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations.
- Keep people safe, prevent serious injuries or accidents.
- Perform rescues and deliver first aid.
- Have difficult conversations with customers who may be acting unsafely.
- Maintain control of the pool and challenge inappropriate behaviour.
Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard qualification or the ability to pass the course.
