We have a fantastic opportunity available to lead our Exercise Referral Scheme and our Funded Community Programmes in Herefordshire - if this sort of challenge excites and energises, then you could be wearing our Halo.
We are on the lookout for a high energy Healthy Communities Manager inspired by a fast-paced performance driven culture.
This role will help us to lead and drive our community, health and inequality outcomes with Herefordshire Council, the NHS and other key partners
Working in leisure is anything but leisurely especially at Halo - an award winning social enterprise, registered charity and leading leisure trust operating 32 facilities across Herefordshire, Bridgend County, Merthyr Tydfil, Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Wiltshire.
Salary £37,464 (FTE) per annum.
A key part of the leadership team in the partnership, you will bring experience and knowledge of working on GP referral schemes or equivalent funded community programmes with innovation and fresh perspective.

If you can offer:
- A successful track record within a Health or Fitness environment including the initiation and delivery of Health and Fitness services to the public.
- Experience of working on a GP Exercise Referral Scheme.
- Experience of delivery of funded programmes to tackle inequalities.
- Experience working with health and primary care partners.
