We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic qualified exercise professional to join our team at Halo Leisure. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine both Gym Instructing and Group Exercise delivery within a vibrant, supportive and community-focused environment.

About the Role
As a Gym & Group Exercise Instructor, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and support clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Lead engaging and safe group exercise classes, inspiring members of all levels to stay active.
Carry out induction sessions, consultations, and assessments, helping members get started on the right foot.
Use your expertise to plan and adapt safe, progressive training programmes.
Routinely engage customers on the gym floor, offering guidance, encouragement, and a friendly face.
Maintain high standards of health and safety and cleanliness throughout the gym environment.
Promote an inclusive and supportive culture within our centres.
What You’ll Need
Minimum Level 2 Health & Fitness Qualification (or equivalent)
Group Exercise Qualification(s) (e.g. circuits, HIIT, indoor cycling, etc.)
Experience in the fitness industry, especially delivering group exercise sessions
Excellent communication and customer care skills
A flexible and positive attitude - including availability on days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
