Hours: Various hours available, a minimum of 2 contracted hours per week but this can be much more depending on availability!
Schedule: Weekdays 4pm - 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays - Perfect for students, parents, or a rewarding side-hustle!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Swimming Teacher, your main goal is to deliver great experiences and delight your customers. You will:
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons for mixed ages and abilities.
- Build water confidence and help swimmers overcome their fears in a safe, supportive environment.
- Provide positive feedback to help your students grow and improve every week.
- Be a team player: Pitch in with your colleagues to keep the pool environment safe, clean, and welcoming.
- Keep growing: Take part in company training and commit to your own personal development.
What We’re Looking For
The Essentials:
- Great communication skills, you know how to chat with kids, parents, and adults alike.
- A positive, flexible approach to helping out your centre and colleagues.
- Willingness to achieve the NRASTC Light qualification (which we will happily provide!).
- A certified STA Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification or SEQ Level 2 (OR the genuine passion and willingness to train for one - fully funded by Halo!).
- NPLQ - National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Knowledge of the National Plan for Swimming Teaching.
