Halo is looking for two high energy Swimming Lesson Coordinators inspired by a fast‑paced, performance‑driven culture and passionate about our social mission, to work at Bridgend Life Centre and Ynysawdre. This role offers the chance to support, design and deliver a comprehensive lesson programme with a well‑established swimming teacher team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson programmes that drive financial improvements across the swim school.
- Lead and motivate a team of swimming teachers.
- Apply the Swim England teaching plan, good practice and current initiatives, and manage processes within the ASA and STA.
- Collaborate to influence and improve ways of working that deliver customer‑focused results.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing swimming lesson programmes.
- Strong leadership and motivation skills for a teaching team.
- Knowledge of the Swim England teaching plan, ASA and STA guidelines.
- A collaborative approach to driving change and achieving results.
