We are seeking talented individuals that are excellent in their field of expertise and are posed with all potential and skills necessary to help us meet future business challenges.
An exciting opportunity has arisen as we work with Halo’s award winning Active Communities programmes in Bridgend County Borough and Merthyr Tydfil. We are seeking someone who is committed to inclusion and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives through the impact of physical activity.
We would expect someone who wants to spend time with people, knows how to engage with them, encourages them to get involved and does all this with kindness and compassion. You will bring the ability to coordinate a diverse range of key programmes simultaneously and ensure their effective delivery.
You will initially support the creation of Halo’s Carers Respite programme in Bridgend County Borough, and in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, organising the delivery, and liaising with health professionals to support referrals into the programme. Additionally, you will support weekly sessions to enable people living with dementia and their carers to be active and to socialise in Bridgend County Borough.
