WE’RE HIRING: Operations, Performance & Assurance Manager
Are you an experienced housing professional who enjoys making a real difference?
At Halo Housing, we’re looking for an ambitious and practical person to join our growing team as our Operations, Performance & Assurance Manager.
Working closely with our Operations Director, you’ll play an important role in helping us strengthen the way we work, from housing operations and regulatory assurance to performance, staff development and continuous improvement.
Blackburn | £45,000 per annum | Full-time, permanent
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing and improving policies, procedures and day-to-day practice
- Carrying out audits, assurance reviews and gap analyses
- Helping teams understand and improve KPIs, performance and accountability
- Supporting colleagues through training, coaching and development
- Providing practical housing management advice and guidance
- Identifying ways we can improve our services and outcomes for Tenants
What are we looking for?
