Dog Day Care Assistant
Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a new full‑time member of staff to join our friendly and passionate doggy day care team. This is a rare opportunity for a hard‑working, reliable, honest, genuine dog lover who is also looking to potentially develop as a trainer/behaviourist living in the Archway (London) area.
Essential qualifications: Must be confident handling all breeds of dogs, hold a full clean UK driving licence with experience of driving in & around London, have no criminal record, and be able to write to a competent level of English. All successful applicants will be subject to a CRB check, with the cost covered by the company.
Previous experience of working, volunteering or owning dogs is desirable, but the right attitude to work is more important.
Responsibilities
- Picking up and dropping off dogs to and from clients\’ homes
- General care of the dogs during the day
- Ensuring dogs are fed and watered
- Taking pictures of dogs, writing a daily report and sending it to respective clients
- Ensuring that all doggy play areas are safe and clean at all times
