Halo Case Management is growing and we are looking for an experienced Associate Case Manager (self employed) to work with adults across London and the surrounding areas. You will support clients across the different realms of personal injury including:

  • Orthopaedic and complex injuries
  • Polytrauma and serious injury cases

Your work will include:

  • Assessments and rehabilitation planning
  • Goal setting and review
  • Liaison with clients, families, legal teams and therapy providers
  • Coordinating input from multiple professionals
  • Maintaining clear records using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Iinsight

You will work independently while still being part of a connected, supportive team. Our Director, Helen Spillards, carries her own caseload and leads from experience rather than distance.

Why Work With Halo Case Management

  • We are transparent: Clear expectations, open communication and no mixed messages.
  • We are collaborative: You work independently but never in isolation. We share experience and insight across the team.
  • Caseloads build gradually and sensibly. No one receives a full list on day one.
  • You work with a Director who still practices; Helen leads from real case management experience, not from distance.
  • You work on meaningful, varied cases across orthopaedic, neurological and psychological injury.
  • We value calm, humour and humanity: We take the work seriously, not ourselves.
  • You are trusted to use your judgement, make decisions and build strong working relationships.
  • We evolve with feedback: Ideas are welcome and improvements are acted on.

About You

You have a clinical background and hands on case management experience. You know what good practice looks like, and you know how to deliver it without fuss. You bring:

  • Experience working with clients who need thoughtful, coordinated rehabilitation
  • Calm, clear communication even when things get busy
  • Confidence bringing professionals together and keeping things moving
  • A genuinely client centred approach
  • Strong organisation and good judgement
  • The ability to travel across London when needed

Self employed status is required.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, we would love to begin a conversation of course in confidence at kate@halocm.co.uk or helen@halocm.co.uk.
