Halo ARC is a leading UK accident‑repair group operating 38 centres across the country. We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Painter to join the Eastleigh team.
Responsibilities
- Paint vehicles to a high standard, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare, prime, mask, paint and finish a variety of vehicles.
- Use RPE and PPE appropriately and at the correct times.
- Accurately match painted panels to the vehicle’s original colour and apply the necessary amount of paint for optimal results.
- Inspect finished paint jobs and polish as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a high‑pressure environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of vehicle‑painting experience in an automotive repair environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of all aspects of vehicle painting.
- Strong team‑player, eager to support and collaborate with colleagues.
- Capable of completing tasks from start to finish within set timeframes and to a high standard.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage high volumes of work.
- Skilled at meeting strict targets and deadlines.
