Customer Journey Specialist/ Driver

Halo ARC York

Start Date: 20/10/2025

Salary: Β£30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

Partnered with IRS (Intelligent Repair Services) based in Germany, who are the largest provider of accident claim services in Europe, this partnership provides Halo with an unrivalled platform and the resource for excellent training, development and employee packages.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor/ Driver to join our BRAND-NEW Accident Repair Centre in York. This will be our 37th site. The position is a high-profile role within the business, with responsibilities to provide an exceptional standard of customer service at all times and to support the site administration. The post holder will also support the drivers to ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
