Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

Role purpose
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Accident Repair Centre in Amesbury. The role is a high-profile position within the business, focusing on site administration and ensuring customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, timely, and professionally. The role requires providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout.
- Administration duties, including liaison with customers.
- Logistical planning and transport planning.
- Maintain a clear, methodical and clean working area at all times.
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and report issues urgently.
- Liaise with workshop staff to move vehicles through the workshop efficiently.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager.
- Provide a positive & enthusiastic approach to work.
- Collecting and delivering vehicles and observing highway laws when needed.
What we are looking for
- Full UK Driving License.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised with a keen eye for detail.

- Handle all jobs with due care and attention.
- Ability to complete work from start to finish within the given time frame to a high standard.
