We are looking for a Multi Skilled Vehicle Panel Beater/Painter to join our Accident Repair Centre in Lincoln . You will be responsible for carefully repairing damaged vehicles to their original condition, delivering high-quality results that meet our insurers' rigorous standards. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of vehicle repair, you will work efficiently in a modern fast-paced clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines. We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it! The role will include, but is not limited to;
- Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Painting.
- Ensuring that all equipment and tools are used in accordance with defined safety requirements and maintained to a high standard.
- Performing repairs to an extremely high standard in Panel Repair/Replacement.
- Light MET work.
- Repairing through to filler stage.
- A clear, methodical and clean working area which is to be maintained at all times
- Wear correct PPE, whilst following all company Health and Safety guidelines.
- Follow company procedures, policies, practices and Production Manager's instructions.
- Supply a positive & enthusiastic approach to your working day at all times
- At least 3 years of vehicle painting experience.
- The ability to paint vehicles to the highest quality.
- Level 3 vehicle painting (not essential)
- at least 3 years' experience in Panel Beating
- MET experience.
- Level 3 qualification is desirable.
