Bodyshop Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £71,500 OTE
Hours: 50 hours per week including paid breaks, 7am-5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Halo ARC Amesbury

We are seeking a Bodyshop Manager to join our Accident Repair Centre in Amesbury. The role involves overseeing workshop operations, ensuring staff well-being, and maintaining Halo’s standards of quality, customer service, and repair speed. You will work closely with the Regional Manager in a modern, fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively and meeting deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the team is ready to begin work at 7am, including opening the workshop and equipment setup.
- Holding daily meetings to delegate tasks, set targets, and address issues.
- Overseeing proper use of equipment, uniforms, and tools.
- Discussing vehicle status and challenges with the Regional Manager.
- Updating CJS for repair progress communication.
- Ordering parts in advance for upcoming vehicles.
- Managing work volume and vehicle scheduling.
- Ensuring all vehicles have 10-stage repair images for complete documentation.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining quality control throughout repairs.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, confident communicators, IT proficient, and team players who understand repair processes.
