Sales Administrator Our client We are currently supporting a long-term client of ours who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team due to internal growth and winning new business contracts. Having an excellent reputation in the local market, you will be part of a highly successful team who reward hard work and team work. Job description * Working efficiently in a team dynamic to ensure that all administration processes are completed in accordance with SLA’s. * Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and performing a variety of B2B tasks. * Processing all sales orders onto the CRM system accordingly and sending out logistical information on time with clients. * Building relationships with clients and external parties including managing all queries. * Organised all administration tasks with excellent attention to detail. * Creating stock analysis reports and providing an overview on specific product orders. * Sourcing new food products which could be the ‘next big thing’. * Upselling stock to existing clients and providing an overview of additional products.
