The OpportunityWe are recruiting for 4-5 Skilled Hard Landscapers to join an award-winning and growing landscape construction company.These are full-time permanent positions offering long-term stability, training and career progression.We are particularly interested in candidates around Sudbury, Colchester, Hadleigh, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and the surrounding areas. The team travels together to projects and pick-up arrangements are available depending on where you live. Travel time is paid.We're looking for practical, reliable people who can use their initiative and, once given a task, are confident getting on with the job.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out hard landscaping and groundworksPaving, brickwork, footings and small retaining wallsSet out works and levels accuratelyWork from drawings and specificationsOperate landscaping machinery, plant and tools safelyComplete allocated tasks using your own initiativeWork effectively as part of the landscaping teamMaintain high standards of workmanshipFollow Health and Safety proceduresRequirementsPrevious hard landscaping, groundworks or similar practical experienceExperience with paving, brickwork, footings, levels or similar groundworksComfortable using tools, equipment and machineryAble to work independently and use your initiativeReliable with a strong work ethicGood attention to detailCSCS card advantageous but not essentialDriving licence advantageous but not essentialWorking HoursMonday to Friday7.30am to 4.00pm onsiteMinimum 40 onsite hours per week.Travel time is paid in addition to your onsite hours, typically taking the working week to around 40-46 paid hours, depending on project location.The team travels together, with pick-up arrangements available depending on where you live.What's On Offer£15.50 per hourPaid travel timeFull-time permanent position28 days holiday including
