Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office or customer service experience who enjoys working accurately, following processes and delivering a high standard of work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reviewing customer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Processing information in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Investigating discrepancies and escalating where required.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within a customer service or office-based administration role.
  • Around 6 months to 2 years’ office experience would be ideal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
