Fleet Pricing Analyst Location: Head Office, TW12 (office-based) Salary: £28,000 rising to £30,000 after one year + up to 2.5% bonus Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri (flexible start/finish considered) Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance, private medical cover, subsidised gym membership, and more. About the Company Our client is a leader in the fleet management industry, providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to businesses nationwide. They are looking for a Pricing Analyst Designate to join their Pricing, Risk & Procurement team — supporting and, when needed, deputising for the Head of Pricing, while contributing to pricing strategy, residual value forecasting, and tender analysis. You’ll start at £28,000, and after one year’s experience and meeting set objectives, you’ll be promoted to Pricing Analyst with a salary increase to £30,000. Plus, you’ll receive an annual discretionary bonus of up to 2.5% and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities * Support the Head of Pricing, Risk & Procurement on pricing and residual value (RV) issues. * Keep up-to-date with vehicle product developments and new releases. * Assist with RV risk reviews and profit/loss forecasts. * Process and update manufacturer vehicle pricing data, communicating changes across the business. * Maintain vehicle databases, including service and maintenance budgets. * Analyse budget vs. spend maintenance reports. * Assist with pricing for new business tenders, ensuring all requirements are met. * Maintain accurate pricing and discount data within the quotation system. * Collaborate with account teams and external data providers to resolve pricing queries.
