The team prides itself on delivering high-quality installations while maintaining a friendly, supportive, and professional working environment. The Role As a Fire and Security Installation Engineer, you will work as part of a dedicated installation team, covering London and the South East. Your work will involve installing: Fire detection equipment Intruder alarms CCTV systems Access control systems Desirable Skills & Experience Installation of both intruder alarm and fire detection systems IP & analogue CCTV systems, with basic networking skills Installation of access control/door entry systems DualCom monitoring Knowledge of other communication devices Conventional & wireless intruder alarm systems Familiarity with major brands of control panels & app-based systems Understanding of NSI codes of practice (installation, commissioning, maintenance) About You Experienced Fire and Security Installation Engineer Strong communication skills Self-motivated with good time-management abilities Based within easy reach of South London or surrounding counties Full, manual UK driving licence Willing to undertake ongoing training and development Benefits Competitive basic salary (DOE) Engineering commission scheme (earnings up to 10%) Pension scheme 23 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays Attendance bonus (1 day) Company vehicle, uniform, PPE, tools provided BUPA employee assistance programme Career progression opportunities Staff referral scheme Company sick pay Rewards & recognition programmes Ongoing training Regular company events Additional Information Standard hours: 7.75 onsite Monday–Friday (start time up to 8:30am) Work may involve ladders and working at height Role requires travel to various sites across the region Successful candidates will need to pass NSSA security screening
