Fire Installation Engineer Location: London & South East Salary: £36,000 – £46,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Bonus + Company Van The Company We are working with a leading NSI Gold and BAFE-approved fire and security company with projects across London and the South East. They specialise in fire alarm installation, fire detection systems, and life safety solutions, offering excellent training, career development, and long-term stability. The Role As a Fire Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for: Installing a wide range of fire alarm systems and fire detection equipment Working across commercial, retail, and public sector sites Ensuring installations meet NSI codes of practice and industry standards Although this is primarily a fire installation role, experience with CCTV, access control, or intruder alarms would be beneficial but is not essential. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience as a Fire Installation Engineer / Fire Alarm Engineer Knowledge of leading fire alarm panels (e.g. Advanced, Kentec, Morley, Gent) Understanding of NSI codes of practice (installation, commissioning, maintenance) Full UK driving licence (manual) Based within commuting distance of South London or surrounding counties Desirable (not required): Basic networking skills, experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or app-based security systems.
