Installation Engineer (Fire) London & South East £36,000 – £46,000 basic (DOE) Excellent earnings potential + company van About the Company A growing NSI Gold and BAFE-approved fire and security company is seeking an experienced Fire Installation Engineer to join their team. Operating across London and the South East, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality installation services while maintaining a friendly, supportive, and professional working environment. The Role You will work as part of a dedicated installation team, covering London and the South East. Duties include installing: Fire detection systems IP & analogue CCTV systems Access control and door entry systems Intruder alarms (beneficial) Desirable Skills & Experience Proven experience installing fire detection systems IP & analogue CCTV systems, with basic networking skills Installation of access control/door entry systems Experience installing intruder alarms (advantageous) DualCom monitoring knowledge Familiarity with conventional & wireless intruder alarm systems Knowledge of major panel brands & app-based systems Understanding of NSI codes of practice for installation, commissioning, and maintenance About You Experienced Fire Installation Engineer Strong communication skills Self-motivated with good time-management abilities Located within easy reach of South London or surrounding counties Full, manual UK driving licence Willing to undertake ongoing training and development Benefits Competitive basic salary (DOE) Engineering commission scheme (earnings up to 10%) Pension scheme 23 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays Attendance bonus (1 day) Company vehicle, uniform, PPE, tools provided BUPA employee assistance programme Career Progression Opportunities Staff referral scheme Company sick pay Rewards & recognition programmes Ongoing training Company events Additional Information Standard hours: 7.75 onsite Monday–Friday (start time up to 8:30am) Work may involve ladders and working at height Travel to various sites across the region required Successful candidates will need to pass NSSA security screening
