Recruitment Consultant
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Horticulture & Landscaping division based in Egham, Surrey. This is a full time position offering a basic salary of £28,000 to £32,000 plus uncapped commission.
The role offers hybrid working, with Monday to Wednesday office based and Thursday to Friday working from home.
This opportunity is focused on developing and running a temporary recruitment desk within the Horticulture & Landscaping sector. You will work closely alongside the division lead, supporting existing clients, managing active temporary vacancies, building candidate pipelines, and helping grow the temporary side of the division nationally.
This role would suit someone who ideally comes from a recruitment background with experience managing a temporary desk within a fast moving environment. The ability to manage multiple vacancies, work at pace, and build strong client and candidate relationships will be key to success.

The Role
This role will focus specifically on the temporary side of the desk, including:
- Temporary recruitment
- Candidate sourcing
- Client relationship management
- Business development

The role will involve a combination of sales and delivery responsibilities to support desk growth, client retention, and candidate quality within a busy and fast moving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities within the Horticulture & Landscaping sectors
- Building relationships with Grounds Maintenance contractors, landscaping businesses, and horticultural companies across the UK
- Managing temporary recruitment vacancies
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Managing client relationships and delivering high service levels
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Negotiating terms of business
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Supporting the continued growth of the temporary division
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or sales experience
- Ideally from a recruitment background with experience running a temporary desk within a fast moving market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
