This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach who’s looking to develop their career within operations. Job Description As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure high standards of service, accurate invoicing, and timely reporting. This role combines administration, customer support, and supplier management, offering plenty of variety day-to-day. The main responsibilities include:- * Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and clients, ensuring service levels are met, KPIs are achieved, and any issues are resolved quickly. * Maintain and check the hire platform for accuracy, raising any discrepancies and working with suppliers to resolve them. * bookings via the garage network portal, liaising with providers to keep vehicles on the road and minimise downtime. * Assist with maintaining supplier contracts and collating rebate payments, raising invoices in line with agreed timeframes. * Produce regular management reports, client KPI dashboards, and review data for internal and external stakeholders. * Investigate customer concerns, liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, and suggest process improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
