Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships and keeping projects running smoothly? Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Client Administration Manager to become a key part of their friendly and supportive team.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, playing an important role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is an administration and coordination-focused role with no sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication and managing multiple projects at once.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Creating and managing detailed job packs for production teams
  • Processing orders and monitoring project progress through internal systems
  • Providing clients with regular updates and managing project timelines
  • Working closely with Operations, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Resolving any issues quickly and effectively to maintain excellent customer service
  • Preparing completed projects for invoicing
  • Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience within an administrative, account management, customer service or project coordination role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM, ERP or MIS systems would be advantageous
  • A proactive and positive approach with a genuine team-focused attitude
