Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Aftersales & Customer Support Executive to join their busy customer support and aftersales team.

The role

We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales & Customer Support Executive to join a fast-paced, product-based business environment. This role would suit someone with previous experience within aftersales support, customer service, product support, order processing, customer resolutions, or customer care within a product-led business. You will be responsible for supporting customers with product and order queries, managing aftersales issues, investigating customer concerns, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes throughout the process. This is a busy and varied role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing inbound telephone calls and customer service enquiries.
  • Supporting customers with product, order, delivery, and aftersales queries.
  • Investigating customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Managing customer escalations and coordinating resolutions with internal departments.
  • Liaising with production, dispatch, and internal teams regarding orders and product queries.
  • Supporting the management of customer complaints and aftersales resolutions.
  • Organising customer refunds and credit notes where required.
  • Supporting customers with invoice and billing queries.
  • Managing customer correspondence and maintaining accurate internal records.
  • Preparing for and attending Quality Control and aftersales review meetings.
  • Building strong customer relationships through excellent customer support and aftersales service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within aftersales support, customer service, customer support, order processing, or customer care within a product-based business.
  • Experience handling customer queries relating to products, deliveries, orders, or quality concerns.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to investigate customer issues and coordinate resolutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident managing changing priorities and working to deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working fully office-based in Aldershot.
