Sales Support Administrator (Temporary – Immediate Start)

Aldershot | Office-Based | Onsite Parking Available

Immediate start available for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and growing business in Aldershot on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to support a Head of Sales during a busy period, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where organisation and attention to detail are key. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where departments work closely together and everyone plays a part in keeping things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Sales.
  • Assisting with the preparation of quotes, proposals and sales documentation.
  • Processing orders and updating internal systems accurately.
  • Managing and maintaining sales data, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Liaising with internal teams such as customer service, operations and production.
  • Supporting with customer enquiries and follow-ups where required.
  • Helping to keep the sales function organised during a busy period.
  • General administrative support across the wider team.

About You:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel skills beneficial).
  • Previous experience within an administrative, customer service or sales support role.
  • Confident working with systems, data and handling multiple tasks at once.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role and available to start immediately.
