Are you experienced within accident management or insurance claims and looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Accident Management Coordinator to join their busy Operations team based in Hampton. You will be responsible for supporting and progressing accident claims, working closely with insurers, bodyshops and internal teams to ensure repairs and claims are managed efficiently from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous motor claims or accident management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record accident damage and claim information accurately on internal systems
  • Ensure claim information is complete, chasing any outstanding details where required
  • Notify insurers of new claims and provide relevant documentation
  • Instruct bodyshops to arrange vehicle repair estimates
  • Proactively liaise with bodyshops to progress vehicles throughout the repair process
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding claim and repair progress
  • Process accident claims in accordance with client procedures
  • Monitor the Audatex estimating system and update bodyshops and insurers accordingly
  • Process accident repair invoices and check costs against authorised amounts
  • Compile reports and claims experience letters when required
  • Support vehicle downtime and VOR progression
  • Assist with daily hire invoicing and wider Operations administration
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, insurers, repairers and internal teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within insurance claims and/or accident management is essential
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple cases effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable problem-solving
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience using Audatex would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence would be desirable
