Due to continued growth across our specialist divisions, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle across temporary and permanent vacancies within your specialist market. You will be responsible for:
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Business development through calls, meetings, networking and market mapping.
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of positions.
- Writing job adverts and marketing vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Preparing candidates for interview and managing the offer process.
- Maintaining and developing a strong candidate pipeline within your market.
- Keeping up to date with local market trends, salaries and hiring activity.
- Working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing experience would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
