Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for developing strategic segmented market strategies for the following: One Year Plan, Three Year Strategy, Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Market and product sales promotions among others. It will also be responsible for defining Marketing KPI’s to develop market beating compelling Value Propositions that support the sales team in delivering the 3-year strategic targets as well as the one-year sales and profit plan. This position will support the sourcing and selection of the resources necessary to execute the targeted and segmented marketing activities. Support may be required in Marketing Communications as required. This position will report to the Global Head of Marketing.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning: Support the development and execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with OsecoElfab’s growth objectives, product roadmap, and commercial priorities. Along with the Global Head of Marketing and sales team create annual marketing planning and budgeting ensuring measurable ROI across all initiatives. Strengthen OsecoElfab’s global brand positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation by product and market. Along with the Global Head of Marketing and sales team steer selection of new segments or geographies which OsecoElfab should pursue. Recommending positioning, routes to market, partnership vs organic plays, and value themes that change how the business competes.
  • Product & Segment Marketing: Partner with Sales Management to define product value propositions, launch plans, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions. Build segment-specific marketing programs for chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, energy transition, and OEM markets. Oversee and/or create technical collateral, application guides, case studies, white papers, and training materials that reflect OsecoElfab’s engineering depth.
  • Marketing Communications: Support, collaborate, and occasionally lead marketing communications initiatives as required, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand standards. Support the development and execution of global demand generation, digital marketing, brand positioning, corporate communications, PR, thought leadership, and trade shows, technical conferences, and customer events.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster strong cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing Communications, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. Champion a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in managing development projects, including Project requirements and overall Project Management & administration tasks.

  • Global collaboration and cultural awareness.
  • Effective presentation and article writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer communication.
  • In-depth understanding of applicable Industry Codes & Standards.
  • Lean Manufacturing background.
  • Above-average skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Word, and Microsoft Office PowerPoint.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or safety‑critical solutions.
  • Proven success executing global marketing strategy, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of technical B2B markets and complex buying cycles.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related).
  • Experience in pressure relief devices, process safety, industrial equipment, or adjacent engineered‑to‑order markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience integrating marketing across multi‑site or post‑merger organizations.
