We are looking for a Communications & Engagement Lead to design and deliver a high-impact internal communications and employee engagement strategy that strengthens Apollo’s culture, aligns employees to business priorities, and amplifies the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Your main responsibilities will be;
  • Develop and deliver an internal communications and engagement strategy aligned to Apollo’s business priorities, people strategy and EVP.
  • Function as the central coordination point for internal communications across the business, working with stakeholders to understand priorities, managing requests, and aligning support to business needs.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging communications that connect employees with Apollo’s purpose, strategy, culture and values.
  • Design and deliver communications for HR projects, including organisational change, Job Architecture, career pathways, culture and values, DEI, wellbeing and reward programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders, departments and functional teams to understand priorities, gather insight and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
