We are currently recruiting for a Segment Marketing Manager who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and the challenge of bringing cutting-edge radar technology to market to achieve sustainable growth. You will join our high-energy team driving automation and robotics innovation by shaping strategies in a fast-evolving industry alongside industry leaders.

Locations: We have 2 work locations in South Oxfordshire – One at our Grove facility which is located in a new building on the recently developed Grove Business Park, and one in Ardington less than 10 minutes away within an easy commute from areas of Reading, Swindon, Newbury and Oxford.
In this role you will deliver high-impact marketing strategies that position Navtech Radar as the gold standard of radar sensor for mission critical automation, driving market awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear value propositions that align with audience needs and industry challenges
- Support regional market strategies to drive geographic growth and expansion in our focus markets
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with partners, agencies, media and the core marketing team
- Create a seamless customer journey by integrating digital, content, and field marketing strategies
- Translate technical insights from application engineers into engaging, accessible content
- Reinforce Navtech Radar as a thought leader through insightful articles, case studies, and industry reports
Skills And Knowledge
- Technical marketing experience in a B2B environment - desirable
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Willing to use technology to trial, test and iterate through approaches
- Hands on experience in campaign management, lead generation and sales enablement
