We’re pleased to share an opportunity within the Engineering team for a Maintenance Engineer. This role plays a key part in supporting equipment reliability, availability and continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Support equipment reliability, availability and continuous improvement across the site.
  • Work closely with maintenance technicians, production and engineering teams to keep manufacturing equipment running effectively, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
  • Provide strong engineering support across the business, driving maintenance excellence through equipment upgrades, reliability improvements and best practices.
  • Work alongside the Maintenance Manager to help lead the team, set standards and support ongoing capability development.
