Halma's emerging talent leadership development programme offers 2.8 years of customized training and project rotations across Halma companies, with support towards securing a permanent job opportunity. Relocation and some travel are involved for rotational placements and residential training modules.

Halma is looking for talented individuals with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, engineering, or science field who have the right-to-work privileges in the UK and the potential to be future leaders of our businesses. This leadership development program provides full-time, salaried employment starting with 2.8 years of training. Trainees will undertake 32 months of rotational placements, responsible for completing challenging projects at our operating companies and business units. Projects span innovative, technical, operational, strategic, and commercial areas, providing a wide range of experience early in their careers.

The Program Includes:

  • Local UK-based project placements
  • Possibility for one overseas placement in the USA or Europe
  • A personalized program tailored to candidates' needs and skills
  • Commercial, operations, technical, innovation, and digital literacy training

Additionally, we support trainees with residential training modules and mentoring. At the end of the training period, successful trainees will be supported to secure a permanent position aligned with their aspirations at one of our operating companies.

Additional Notes

The Halma UK office is based in Amersham, but Catalyst Programme work locations will be at the respective company locations for the selected projects. All applicants must possess initial right-to-work privileges in the UK.
