  • Issue documentation to customers and logistics providers for outbound shipments.
  • Booking collections with freight forwarders and couriers
  • Preparing documents for submission to the chamber of commerce - Certificate of Origin, EUR1 etc.
  • Handle Dangerous Goods shipments, ensuring compliance with current regulations, following certification.
  • Investigating and resolving delivery issues reported by customers or Customer Relationship Team.
  • Support the Logistics Team to meet customer required dates.
  • Escalate sales order errors, to the Customer Relationship Team, that may prevent shipment.
  • Assist with booking in Sales Return Order process.
  • Provide import instructions to logistics providers for sales returns and service items.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover
  • Ensure the transportation standards and or legal compliances are being followed for all shipments
  • Advising other departments of shipping costs, weights and dimensions
  • Follow shipping procedures and compliances - country specific
  • Invoice orders in NAV at correct point - Incoterm specific
  • Assisting Shipping Team Leader with reports, and meeting departmental targets
  • Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by manager
